We only process data you provide to us via forms on the website:

• Contact form: name, email, subject and message content.
• Newsletter subscription: email address.
• Technical data: anonymous, cookieless website analytics (no identification of individual persons).

• Handling enquiries / collaboration / booking — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in handling the enquiry you initiated (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Newsletter — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Website security and operation — we briefly process IP addresses to protect forms against spam and diagnose technical errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and Processors

We do not share personal data with anyone outside the necessary service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivery of emails from forms and newsletter.
• Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA) — website hosting and operation.

5. Transfers Outside the EU

Some processors (Resend, Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA (particularly in the USA). In such cases, the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate mechanism under the GDPR.

6. Retention Periods

• Enquiries and communications: 1 year from the last communication.
• Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.
