1. Data controller

2. What data we process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself through the forms on the website:

• Contact form: name, email, topic and message content.
• Newsletter subscription: email address.
• Technical data: anonymous, cookieless website traffic measurement (without identifying a specific person).

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

• Handling enquiries / collaboration / booking — the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in handling an enquiry or request that you initiated yourself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Website security and operation — we process IP addresses for a short time to protect forms from spam and to diagnose technical errors. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

We do not share personal data with anyone other than the necessary service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivery of emails from forms and the newsletter.
• Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA) — website hosting and operation.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors (Resend, Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA (in particular in the USA). In such cases the transfer is secured by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate mechanism under the GDPR.

6. Retention period

• Enquiries and communication: 1 year from the last communication.
• Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure (the right to be forgotten),
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that we are violating the GDPR by processing your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.

9. Cookies

The website uses only anonymous, cookieless traffic measurement without storing cookies in your browser. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Newsletter

Purpose of processing: sending a newsletter with news about projects, events, new music and behind-the-scenes of Globaal Elevate Production.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give consent actively by completing and submitting the sign-up form and confirming the link in the email (double opt-in). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Data processed: email address, time and source of consent (sign-up form or other source), time of subscription confirmation.

Processor: Resend, Inc., USA — email delivery platform. The transfer of data to a third country (USA) is secured by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Current data protection information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Retention period: until consent is withdrawn. After unsubscribing, the data is marked as unsubscribed in the Resend system; on request it is permanently deleted.

How to withdraw consent: by clicking the unsubscribe link in every newsletter sent, or by email to info@globaalelevate.com.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date.
